“Property is beautiful and a very nice place to stay. Listing said sleeps 4 but upon check in it had been changed to two! Fortunately our adult children were not able to attend but it was stressful to have that last minute change and not sure why that would happen. Arrival at night was not very well organized as we were not given the unit number. FYI there is a property address then each unit has a number. We had to try our security code on a few doors before we found ours. Would stay again but...

“What a perfect place to stay, relax, and reconnect with friends and family! We were two families, with kids graduation from Roger Williams. It was the perfect house --- plenty of space and beds, big kitchen, fire pit, peace and quiet. The beds were insanely comfortable. The ground floor shower was decadent (not sure about upstairs, I didn't use it.) Plenty of dishes and cutlery for dining in. Highly recommended.”

“This house was perfect for us. Grateful that Bill was able to accommodate us. It’s the perfect location in Oak Bluffs, a quick walk to Tony’s and a nice walk to the harbor. The rooms are spacious and with a little coordination the one bathroom was not a problem. The outside shower was a plus. The portable air conditioning kept the living room cool as a gathering spot. We also loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“It was the least expensive option in the area. We feel we got a little better than expected for the price, but there is absolutely no ocean views and you do need a car to get around. Very close to the shopping area of Oak Bluffs. Carpets really need to be cleaned and the furniture was old. The beds were comfortable. Functioning kitchen for cooking in. Did not use grill.”
