“I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for such a wonderful and welcoming stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the home. It truly felt like a modern beach hut—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared.The walk to the bay and beach was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect location for a relaxing and adventurous getaway.The only minor issue we encountered was the patio area, which unfortunately wasn’t set...

“We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.”

“We had such a lovely time staying at this house. It was absolutely immaculate inside and appointed with everything we could need and more. The house is light and airy inside, which helped when we had a few days of rain. The location is secluded in the woods (be careful, we did find ticks on us) but a short drive away from the beaches. We will definitely be back ”

“We had a wonderful time. The home is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and extremely well stocked. Plenty of dish detergent, paper towels, soap, etc. and they even provided travel size containers of shampoo and conditioner. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This was a great rental for our stay in Newport! Although it might look far from downtown Newport, it was less than a 10 minute drive to the city center. Having a lockbox for the key was great when staying with a couple friends we could leave the key for each other. I would recommend adding a full length mirror to the property if possible, we would’ve liked to have one while getting ready for a friend’s wedding.”
