The check-in process was easy with Doris, the contact person, already at the home when we arrived from the airport. She was very responsive to us and even arranged to pick up, wash, and return our laundry on a daily basis for a very reasonable fee. “Near the airport. Very clean and spacious. Staff members are kind. WiFi was Ok. Sometimes it wont work but they have several you can switch. Water heater needs to improve. We are used to cold water but Cusco is very very cold. And hot water would be nice. ”
