“We were told when we checked in that breakfast was until 10am. Then we went down to the breakfast area at 9:05am and everything was packed up and put away. Disappointing and added an unexpected expense of a breakfast out for our family of 5.”

“Friendly staff, clean, lots of common spaces to sit, board games to play.”

“Great location, went during Towson University Homecoming, very busy and a lot of late night revelers.”

“Great hotel with friendly staff! The breakfast was excellent, and the on-site restaurant was very reasonably priced with great service. Our room was clean and tidied every day. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!”

“I have stayed here before and it was good. This time, we had an issue with the blinds/curtains. They are on a motor and we, and the maintenance staff, could not get the blinds down. Our room faced the parking garage so the lights were brightly shining through the window. That made for a sleepless night. The maintenance guy reset the power and still couldnt get it to work. This was around 1 am and we just wanted to sleep. The Sheraton could do better.”

“Very rude personal, terrible management. Demanding a security deposit and immediately $250 for bed sheets. Don’t recommend!”

“Beautiful design, clean, efficient, great onsite night life.”
