“Staff was good and welcoming. The room however was not. Don't think the sheets were clean because I developed a rather nasty rash after. Also the room smelt like someone was smoking in there.”

“Room was clean and spacious. They were able to accommodate our family plus pet comfortably. However, they did not provide towels in the room. When asked they said we had to wait for housekeeping in the morning and when followed up in the morning, there were no clean towels available. The pool room also did not have towels for swimmers. ”

“My room smelled bad. Was unable to accommodate with adjoining rooms. No continental breakfast although it was advertised. The beds were comfortable at least, the pillows no so much. Overall it served its purpose as a cheap place to stay close to what we came for.”

“I always had phobia about ground floor. I complained and was not given a fair hearing. I didn't enjoy my stay there. I paid around $576 which i regretted. The staff on night shift the day I left was very helpful. I believe she would have listened to me when I made my complaint about ground floor”
