âSpicerâs guesthouse was lovely, with modern and comfortable rooms and the grounds were very pretty, with manicured gardens and wild kangaroos watching from a distance. The staff were friendly but maybe not always as attentive as they could have been.
Given the guesthouse is the premium hotel of the Hunter Valley and was quite expensive Iâm just uncertain as to what exactly we paid for. I think if youâre going to have a premium price you should be able to justify it in some way by distinguishing...
âThere was a bad sewage smell in the bathroom so we let the reception staff know and they were brilliant, moved us to another room and gave complimentary buffet breakfast for all 4 of us. Staff are so friendly and accommodating.â
