“Staff was not helpful put us in a room with no ac in summertime then asked us if we did something wrong”

“Staff at check in just stared at me and didn’t speak to me (despite my standing in front of her and her looking me in the eye). I eventually addressed her first. She didn’t apologize for my wait (I had stood there as she was checking someone else in for about 10 minutes). “Ingen tillgång till poolen pga vänner och familj till personalen ”

“I thought I have reserved a King Assessable room. What I got was a room with a step in tug not a walk in shower. The only assessable feature that was for a handicap was parking spot in front of the door but not street level ramp that would lead up to the walkway. “Front desk staff was great. Overall, I've seen worse but for the price they charge, it should have been much nicer. The online pics are misleading. The outside property was nice.”

“Most cleanliness hotel on the coast!!”

“Great place to stay”
