“Very clean!! Very pretty”

“The resort property is very nice. My compliments to the reception staff as they are absolutely excellent. Kind, attentive and highly professional. I was welcomed with great attitudes and smiles. I felt happy upon checking in. There were no issues and they were there to happily help with anything I might want or ask. I received a room upgrade to an ocean view king room and the view was terrific. I highly reccomend a stay at New World Hotel.”

“Very helpful, good standard, and good tips for activities. Great location.”

“Rent rum”

“Positive: Wonderful staff, particularly the manager Sue, who is always smiling and always helpful. Nice room, and very good breakfast. Shuttle bus to An Bang beach (5 minutes from the Hotel) and sunbeds and towels there. Shuttle bus to old town. Free bikes. Negative: Cua Dai beach is under construction and not nice. We had to call every day (at 15:30) to tell them to clean our room. Cleaning of the room is basic and something you expect.”

“Stort utbud på frukostbuffén , allt från ordinarie frukost med flingor och fil , grovt bröd med ost och skinka, stekt ägg , omelett Det fanns även mycket med olika varmrätter från det Vietnamesiska köket Som avslutning kunde man välja mellan den söta sidan med pannkakor, muffins etc eller ta en massa olika frukter Väldigt bra frukost ”

“Got engaged here! Everything was so perfect. Its special architecture and super helpful staffs are the key to our wonderful stay in HoiAn. Love it and will come back next time!”

“Trivdes fantastiskt bra med läget och poolerna. Bra rum.”

“Fantastiskt hotell mitt i smeten. Här har du nära till allting (förutom stranden som inte ligger nära gamla stan). Personalen är otroligt och frukostbuffen var väldigt bra. Sängen var galet skönt och bra italiensk restaurang (stället ägs av italienare) med live musik. Kommer garanterat att återvända hit!”

“This hotel had a great location. They seem to feel that they are a bit nicer than they are but we stayed there off season and the price was ok. Big plus for the bathtub. Room is also big so one could have 2 adults and 2 kids there. Did not use the spa. There are plenty really good ones in the town.”

“Very nice place amazing , best staff ever”

“Very beautiful Hotel with a nice and calm pool area. Perfekt location. Wonderful staff.”

“We returned with our family of four after 7 years and we again got to stay in the amazing family villa. Very nice and accommodating staff. The breakfast with fresh passion juice and cold ice coffee was amazing.”

“It was good. It tok awhile to get the tv fixed, that should be ready when you arive, for the prize. But overall it was one of the better hotels i been to in Hoi an.”
