"The hotel was ok until we forgot something in our room when we checked out. Contacted them right away, and then two more times. Still no reply five days later. Seem like they obviously don’t’ care about their guests."

"Frukosten var bättre än vad vi förväntade oss efter att ha läst recensioner. Stort MINUS för att personalen bestämde sig för att testa brandlarmet utan att informera oss boende. Mitt brandlarm i rummet funkade dessutom inte utan vi hörde det i korridoren. Informerade personalen men dom verkade inte förstå vad jag menade. Men för det vi betalade så levde hotellet ändå upp till alla förväntningar. Som sagt, frukosten är super!"

"Överraskande trevliga restauranger och bra butiker. Massor att göra för barn i olika åldrar. Fint och kul vattenland. Överlag en fin by med integrerad natur. Minus var svårt att hitta, dåligt skyltat till entré och reception. Omöjligt ringa hotellet."

"This was a great stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable for a family of four. It was at a good location just outside of Paris but close to both Disneyland as well as La Vallee Outlet Centre. I also want to give a shout-out to Bertrand at the front-office who has taken the best care possible of a lost plush toy and having it mailed to our end destination. That really saved out journey, so thank you so much for going that extra mile and saving our Europe-trip"
