“Hi there was a lady bartender she was limping and the lady African American who check us in (sorry I am not good with names ) they both exceeded the expectation the other they were ok! the breakfast was good but if some items went out they took long time to refill, so over all our stay was good”

Bastolar med ryggstöd i formen av kaffekopp. Blå skjutdörr till badrummet, vilket var vackert och praktiskt. Ett stort plus för klockradio och en voucher på $15 att utnyttja på hotellet. Bagagevagnar vid hissen. Live music i baren. Underbar utsikt från våning 7. Personalen trevlig, men vi behövde inte deras tjänster speciellt mycket....

“Great location and several restaurants in walking distance. Friendly staff. A/C was little too loud for us so had to turn it off before going to bed. Breakfast was nice but I wish they rotated hot items. Shower water pressure was great. Food was same everyday. Juice and coffee were pretty good. Pool was closed for some reason druing our 4 days of stay. Exercise room smelled very musty. I wish they refreshed exercise room regularly. Overall it was an average hotel.”

“We couldnt check in because the manager never showed up. After waiting outside for almost 2 hours and three phone calls my husband and i ended up leaving and driving the rest of the 6 hours home. I also have current picturea that i want to share because the property today is nothing like what is posted on your website. I would like a refund please because on the third phone call the manager told me he never received my reservation from Expedia and he had issues with Expedia in the past. This...

“I thought it was nice staff was super helpful, I just wish the would have had breakfast”

“Staff not always there, just a note to call them...but I found that they don't always answer. Vent fan in bathroom was full of dirt, shower curtain was dirty, weird fixture by sink w very sharp edges. Loud people and street noise all night. Absolutely didn't feel safe and got 0 sleep.”

“Terrible staff. He tried to charge us extra that was was paid on Expedia Bed was dirty. Looked like it wasn't properly cleaned and there were hairs on the bed Took forever to get a change of bed sheets Would not recommend”

“We loved how smart this place was. The rooms were useful, the staff was very nice, and the breakfast was good (as was the coffee). The location was great and easy to get to all the attractions. The pool table in the foyer was my son's favorite, as was the gym. We were on a road trip around the Dakotas and stayed in 4 hotels over a week and a half, and this was our favorite.”
