“No signage on the outside of the building so I even knew it was the right hotel. The room was nothing like the photo. Room smelled musty and had barely any lighting. Curtains had scratches in the faux velvet. Walls were paper thin and I could hear a screaming baby in the room next door as if they were in my room. Person who checked me in was wearing street clothes with stains all over their shirt and didn’t seem like they were normally at the front desk. I left the card key on the desk and left...

“We couldnt check in because the manager never showed up. After waiting outside for almost 2 hours and three phone calls my husband and i ended up leaving and driving the rest of the 6 hours home. I also have current picturea that i want to share because the property today is nothing like what is posted on your website. I would like a refund please because on the third phone call the manager told me he never received my reservation from Expedia and he had issues with Expedia in the past. This...

“Rented a 2 bedroom suite and was given a room that looked like they slid a sofa in last minute to make seem like a suite, they were doing construction and worked until 9:45 pm, I went to front desk at 9 and asked how much longer they would be working loudly and was rudely told they are done for day but then continued for another 45min to an hour, we had room booked for 2 days but left after 1 night, horrible hotel.”
