“Vackert marmorgolv i med mönster av indianfjädrar vid dörrarna, och presidenterna vid Mount Rushmore. Tapet med karta över Rapid City med omgivning på ena väggen. Bastolar med ryggstöd i formen av kaffekopp. Blå skjutdörr till badrummet, vilket var vackert och praktiskt. Ett stort plus för klockradio och en voucher på $15 att utnyttja på hotellet. Bagagevagnar vid hissen. Live music i baren. Underbar utsikt från våning 7. Personalen trevlig, men vi behövde inte deras tjänster speciellt mycket....

“Although the reception was friendly I feel she could have done more. When we ask for more blankets she said she only had one left. I was shocked to hear this. I asked if this was the case of one extra blanket for room and she said no. That she only had one blanket left and that’s all. The hotel overall was old and broken and dirty. Room felt stuffy and it had a bad odor. The shower was extremely hard to turn on. We left and got a new hotel reservation. We couldn’t stay there any longer. ”

“You need new owners in there. It needs a lot of work. The elevators didn’t work. My room wasn’t ready when I got there. They told me to come back in a half an hour, and it still wasn’t ready. Sheets were ripped pillowcases had spots floors were not vacuumed. coffee machine was shut off at 10 AM horrible”
