“I stayed at this hotel last week and loved it. Went back again yesterday, booked the same type of room. A while later we discovered there was no bathroom door between the bedroom and the shower/toilet area. There was a door in the other room, but this one had the door removed. Like WHY would you place me in a room where you can shower or use the toilet with privacy? It would be one thing if it wa do it my husband and I. But we traveled with our baby and our 13 yr old son. “Booked a room for 3 persons but there were only one bed? Had to pay 1600kr extra just for one more bed so we all could sleep. Terrible service in front desk and breakfast, 140kr for a coffee is not ok ”
