“It was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I don´t like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. it´s was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.”

“The hotel and staff, especially Jheri, were absolutely brilliant. This was my first time staying in a boutique hotel and I must say, I don't believe I'll ever go back to the "mainstream" hotels. The atmosphere as well as the decorations were brilliant, right up my alley. And, they have free happy hour, which is quite the surprise. I'll definitely be going back and highly recommend The Madison. ”

Not clear instructions at the front desk, didn’t tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place. ”

Waitstaff was friendly and efficient. The area was artsy and had plenty of restaurants and shops yet I didn’t get to experience them but maybe my next trip. ”

“Good location for the convention centre and better priced that the other hotels around. Big and nice rooms. Watch out for rooms u see the fitness room though. It might disturb your morning sleep. ”
