“It was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I don´t like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. it´s was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.”

“The room was immaculate! Fresh /clean and felt like home. The staff throughout the property (especially Joey our Bellman and our waitress at lunch (sorry I forgot her name! 1/7/26) were so welcoming and went above and beyond!”

“The staff made our stay very nice from beginning to end. The hotel feels very private in a big city. Fitness Center was nice. Breakfast was very good. Valet service quick. The rooms were very nice and had everything we needed. The decor all around the hotel was very unique and tasteful. My wife and I both commented it was one of our nicest stays in Dallas. Overall excellent service in every encounter and very clean. ”

Not clear instructions at the front desk, didn’t tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place. ”

“Good location for the convention centre and better priced that the other hotels around. Big and nice rooms. Watch out for rooms u see the fitness room though. It might disturb your morning sleep. ”
