Beautiful local art is presented throughout your abode and our artists have offered exclusive pricing for this work to our guests should you choose to take a piece home with you. We are working on an awesome Oak Cliff Mural to enjoy while you hang outside. Walk to the galleries on Bishop Avenue and then retreat to your own gallery.

It`s the best of both worlds because it is in a neighborhood but close to all the action!

INSIDE:
The main entrance is into a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a 55” smart TV with netflix & sling TV (streaming cable) to sit back and relax.

The Dining room has a full size kitchen table to either work or enjoy the meal you made in your full size kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal- a brand new gas range and oven, 10 cu foot fridge, microwave, blender, coffee pot etc.

The bathroom is cozy but fully updated and utilizes all of the space well. Enjoy a bright space with a good size walk in shower, fluffy towels and everything you need.

The large bedroom offers two queen beds with comfortable mattresses and luxe bedding that we have received many great reviews from. A good nights sleep is most important when away from home!

Enjoy many luxuries throughout your stay- stainless steel appliances, frameless shower enclosure, beautiful local art, walking distance to all the action, nest thermostat, fast wifi, easy parking, high quality toilet paper & hand soap, coffee and breakfast (oatmeal).

*Please no parties or `social gatherings` of any kind. If you throw a party or anything similar to one without permission, you will be charged the extra guest fee for every guest that attends.

Parking:
Enjoy a designated parking spot and the convenience of an automatic gate with your remote. For additional parking spaces there is plenty of street parking.

A washer and dryer are only available for use for long term tenants. Thanks for your understanding!

This unit is part of a quadplex on the bottom story. You will have the entire unit and separate entrances to yourself.

We live less than half a mile away so we are readily available should you need anything!

Bishop Arts is a fun trendy area with historic homes and unique shops and restaurants. Enjoy galleries, bars, restaurants and boutique shops within walking distance from Artist Alcove. You won`t find chain restaurants or hotels here, yet you get to enjoy close proximity to Downtown Dallas as well as many of DFW`s attractions.

Artist Alcove is walking distance from all the action! It is also a short drive to downtown and many of DFW`s attractions. No car and don`t want to walk? Utilize uber, lyft, or many of the electronic scooters and bikes that are nearby.

We take lots of pride in our property (check out our reviews!). Cleanliness and excellence is of utmost importance to us. This unit is cleaned with an electrostatic cleaner which disinfects every surface and wraps around objects- couches, doorknobs etc.

There is a set of private exterior steps for your rear entrance and interior steps that lead to both upstairs units. For front entrance- Interior stairwell has a separate lock at the base and for each door to the unit.


We provide a small breakfast of oatmeal and coffee to get your day started.
*Fine art is displayed throughout the home. If any art is missing or damaged you will be responsible for the cost of the art even if it exceeds your deposit. *There is no smoking whatsoever on the property, a fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is present. *Please be respectful of others on property and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If we are unable to reach you or have continued noise complaints we reserve the right to terminate booking without a refund. *A phone number of a guest actually staying on property must be provided. *Only park in your designated parking spot, do not park in or block other units parking spot. *Please be very careful with your children on the steps entering the property as well as around the art. *Guest count MUST be accurate for liability reasons- it includes all people staying in the unit, including the person reserving it. *Please no parties or `social gatherings` of any kind.
