“This property did not live up to the pictures. The floor was filthy and caused our socks to turn black on the bottoms (even after I swept the entire place). The window in the bedroom leads directly out to the hallway by the elevator so you can hear everyone walking by; there also isn’t a black out curtain on the window so it feels very exposed. “Second time staying in the building. Nice place. Everything as expected. As close as you can get to Bishop Arts District and handy to downtown and freeway access. On-site parking very helpful (there’s not much in the area). Environment is safe though I wouldn’t wander blocks away at night. Only down is that Saturday night was loud and rowdy til 2 am.”

Host is very communicative and attentive to issues that arise during stay (we had the smoke detector start beeping while we were there, and the issue was resolved promptly). Lots of ammenities inside the apartment, all toiletries and cooking utensils provided, ready and clean. Pool was nice. "Hotellet är lite gammalt och slitet men har allt man behöver. Sängarna och kuddarna är jättesköna. Det finns kaffemaskin med kaffekapslar, AC, kylskåp och mircovågsugn. All personal är trevliga. Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt och nära till allt. Området utanför är en hel del hemlösa som driver omkring. Ingen har dock stört oss. "
