The home is a two-story 6 bedroom home with a huge balcony. The home backyard facing to big green trees, closer to pond and parks. Not just that, enjoy living in exploding Trinity Groves Area, minutes to Downtown Dallas, Medical Centers, Restaurants & Bars.

Cool Moon bnb is also rented by few Media production companies. The famous youtuber 'Preston' also used the house for one of his episode which has more than Million views.

The place is just not cleaned but also disinfected for the safety of guests.

Upstairs has 5 bedrooms :

Bedroom 2 : Master bedroom with 3 Queen beds and Master bath and Closet

Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed with TV
Bedroom 5: 2 Full beds with TV

Downstairs has 1 bedroom(Den/Office room) with 2 Twin day bed.
Downstairs has one 8 people sitting dining table .
Backyard has fire pit with good seating and big trees around.
Also a pond in walk able distance for fishing or to enjoy the nature.

All spaces on the property are accessible except one owners closet in upstairs corridor.

Just don't go into any of the areas with utilities or the attic as you or your guests will be responsible for any damages or injuries. If you have any trash please put in the trash bin that is located in the side yard behind the house.

Please note that although you're welcome to be in the back yard, noise carries. During weekdays we ask that all events are brought inside by 10:00 pm and midnight on Weekends.

Since we have fireplace past our outdoor curfew but please refrain from playing music or speaking loudly.

If our neighbor calls the police or us about a noise issue then it will be a $200 charge. When guests follow the rules regarding the backyard hours we never have issues with noise complaints so please follow the hours provided to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Other things to note
Total 6 Car parking around home : 2 Car attached covered parking garage is available. 2 more cars can be parked on driveway. 2 More cars can be parked in-front of the home. Please dont park on the other home driveways or blocking their driveways. it’s a $100 fine per offending vehicle.

You can have fun inside the house but make sure to be courteous of the neighbors when you are outside.

Three House Rules -
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

Cameras will be outside. Total 4 exterior camera’s. One in front of the property, The second and third camera’s monitor the side yard and 4th camera Monitor the backside of the property. There is ring door bell that monitors motion activity at front door.
