This home is in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Dallas near all major highways making it an incredible location for your next getaway. The spacious, cozy house can accommodate 8 guests for the perfect retreat for friends, family and dogs.

The Space
The main living area, kitchen and dining area are ideal for group gatherings with an open floorplan, large flat screen TV and multiple seating options from the sectional sofa with recliners, dining table and island seating. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals including cookware, dinnerware, silverware, microwave, and more. The dining area seats 6 for meals, remote working or game night while the island seating adds an additional 4 spots.

The 3 bedrooms offer ample space for families or friends to have separate accommodations. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom features a king sized bed and the third bedroom has 3 twin-sized beds (one bunk bed) for kids or adults. The secondary bathroom includes a bathtub/shower along with a washer and dryer.

The outdoor space is its own sanctuary with tall privacy fence, lounge seating, firepit and BBQ grill.

We allow dogs (additional fee applies), and ask that you clean up after your furry friends in the beautiful, grassy backyard.

Parking is available (free) in the driveway and in front of the house.

Location
The Farmer’s Branch location makes this a must-book vacation home to easily get around to all the attractions in Dallas-Fort Worth. Brookhaven Country Club is down the street. Situated in an affluent area between I-35, 635 and Dallas North Tollway, you will feel like you are in the country, but with quick access to everything the city has to offer.

Farmer’s Branch is also home to Joya (at Oran Good Park) the new, inclusive glow-in-the-dark playground.

The house is less than 20 mins from both DFW Airport and Dallas Love Field. Other popular attractions:
