Although the property is very well maintained and they are going through renovations I was not pleased with my stay there. Front desk personel need more training in customer service and conflict resolution. Another client had some problems with his room and the clerk could care less. I didn't bring up mine because of it. The light walking into rm 211 was out, no pen available in the room, only one trash can. Nothing in the vanilty area to put trash. Body wash container in shower was out, no dirty clothes bag in closet. Kitchenette did not have any plates or utensils to use (so what was the point of having a Kitchenette)
I did request a walkin shower on my reservation and was given one due to medical necessity which was welcomed. Don't think I will be staying at this property again. When checking out I asked the front desk clerk if they could put a card in with their outgoing mail. I was asked how long I was staying and replied I was checking out. I was asked what I want done with the card if they could not mail it out. Frustrated I just took the card and found the nearest post office. 😡
