Overall, this hotel had some strong positives, but the service inconsistencies made the stay more frustrating than it should have been.
On the plus side, the location is excellent -- close to plenty of restaurants and entertainment, making it easy to get around without much hassle. The staff was consistently friendly in interactions and the room itself was spacious and clean, which was very nice. Breakfast was also had good options to start the day. The pool was very nice, but not heated, so it was VERY cold.
Unfortunately, the downsides were hard to overlook. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water -- despite notifying maintenance every day and being assured it would be fixed, the shower remained cold throughout the stay. There was also no offer to switch rooms or other options to make it right, which was disappointing. Additionally, basic amenities required repeated requests. For example, the room was booked for four people but only stocked with three sets of towels and housekeeping did not replenish items like paper towels. I received a text at the beginning of my stay letting me know I could text with anything I needed. I tried this for both the towels and the paper towels and received a response that they would get those to me...however we often had to go to the front desk ourselves to ask a second time and sometimes the requests still weren't fulfilled.
