The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
Welcome to your grand vacation home! The experience starts right as you pull up and see the charming and inviting exterior accented by the manicured front lawn. As you enter through the bright, open, high-ceilinged entryway, your jaw will drop as you take in your surroundings. The home is luxurious and lavish with gorgeous finishes throughout. The open concept layout, large windows, and soaring ceilings make the home feel even more spacious. Plus, the modern eclectic furniture and décor, accented by great lighting, is just the icing on the cake!
The front of the home features a large dining room perfect for enjoying meals together as a group. The spacious living room with a gorgeous fireplace is open to the kitchen. It features huge windows, almost floor to ceiling, letting in lots of sunlight and offering a great view of the backyard. One of the great extras in this home is a cinema room! Furnished with a comfy couch (that opens to a queen size bed), movie theater-style chairs, a foosball table, and movie posters adorning the walls, youâre sure to have a blast hanging out in this space!
Youâll have your very own beautifully remodeled gourmet kitchen with quartz counters, gorgeous cabinets and backsplash, and built-in appliances. This space is truly stunning and with lots of space, youâll love cooking up a fresh meal in here. Itâs fully equipped with everything you need. Youâll also have a beautiful breakfast area to enjoy your meals or you can sit at the barstools along the long kitchen counter.
Your entire group will have plenty of room to spread out in the 6 enormous bedrooms (one of them is the cinema room with a sofa bed) and 4 beautiful bathrooms. The bedrooms are modern and refreshing with comfy beds and linens to help ensure you have a relaxing atmosphere to rest in. The bathrooms are clean and upgraded with modern finishes. The master bath has a spacious vanity area, standing shower, and soaking tub.
Itâs not just the indoor space thatâll make you feel like youâre living the high life. The outdoor living area is the ultimate outdoor space featuring a covered patio with loads of seating, a dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with built-in grill, fridge, and bar. Youâll also have your own pool. Youâll love spending time back here relaxing in the gorgeous Texas weather and creating many awesome memories as a group!

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a pristine neighborhood of Mesquite, our home backs on to Samuell Farm which offers trails, lakes, and picnic and park areas! You wonât be too far from DFW Airport and will be conveniently located less than 25 minutes from downtown Dallas and the many wonderful attractions it has to offer.
But Mesquite boasts plenty of attractions of its own. If youâre here during rodeo season, visit the Mesquite Rodeo (weâre not called The Rodeo Capital of Texas for nothing!). Other nearby attractions include the Devilâs Bowl Speedway, Mesquite Arts Center, Opal Lawrence Historical Park, the Rows of Texas (our bustling dining and shopping district), and the Paschall Park Butterfly Trail, all just under 10 minutes away. If youâre visiting with kids, be sure to check out Celebration Station featuring batting cages, go-karts, an arcade, laser tag, paintball, and mini golf. If you prefer golf of the non-mini variety, Mesquite Golf Club is 15 minutes away.
Whether youâre interested in sports, history, art, nature, shopping, or some of that delicious Texas food, Mesquite has a taste of it all. There will be something to please every member of your group!
Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED â
We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
If youâve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with usâweâre happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

PET-FRIENDLY STAY â
Donât leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS â
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If youâre not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS â
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

NO STREET PARKING â
No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.

NOISE LEVEL MONITORING â
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
