Hey there! We want you to have an awesome stay, so here are a few simple rules to keep things smooth for everyone (and avoid any surprise charges 😉):

🔸 No Smoking
Please don’t smoke inside. If it smells like smoke, we’ll have to charge a $500 cleaning fee for treatment.

🔸 No Parties or Events
We love good vibes, but no parties or large gatherings. If one happens, it’s a $1,000 fee and the booking will be canceled.

🔸 Quiet Hours
Let’s keep things chill from 10PM to 8AM. One warning for noise, then a $250 fine or possible removal if it continues.

🔸 Extra Guests
Only the people on the reservation, please. Extra guests = $50 per night each.

🔸 Pets
No surprise furry friends! An undisclosed pet is a $500 fee.

🔸 Don’t Touch the Tech
Please don’t move or disable the security camera, smoke detectors, or noise monitors. It alerts us and could lead to a $500 fine and immediate removal.

🔸 Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Totally possible if available! Just ask—$50 per hour. Unapproved early or late access is $100 per hour.
