This modern, newly remodeled, single-family home, offers new appliances, special features and a gorgeous backyard oasis, with your very own private pool. This is a peaceful and clean home where you have the entire place to yourself - the perfect retreat, or home away from home!
The space
Single story home! Open layout from the moment you walk in! Just to the left you will find the very spacious living room and straight ahead you’ll find the walkthrough dining room, and kitchen! To the right, you will find 3 luxurious and spacious bedrooms, and two fully updated bathrooms. Once you walk back towards the kitchen, you will see out the beautiful windows, your pool oasis awaiting, accompanied by a full privacy fence. Every bedroom also has its own Smart TV. If you are traveling for work, don’t worry, there is a desk, fully equipped to meet most laptop necessities!

All of the home, except garage. Used for storage.

☆ Third Bedroom - Double mattress, with single matresss on top, bunk, and a double mattress as well. (Sleeps 4)

There is plenty o f parking in driveway in front of house. Plus free street parking. No garage access. Pool maintenance is done every Wednesday morning, landscaping is done every Saturday morning. Maintenance crew will need access to the back and front yard those days.
