Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire house, including the garage (game room) and backyard.
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES:
-ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING (including vaping) anywhere on the property.
-NO undisclosed PARTIES or LARGE gatherings. We ask this out of respect for our home and our wonderful neighbors.
-Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (CST).

Pool & Hot Tub Waiver and Safety Notice:
Use of the pool and hot tub is at your own risk. By booking and staying at the property, all guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party, including children and non-swimmers.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times when near or in the pool or hot tub. Guests agree to use these amenities responsibly and in accordance with all posted rules.

The homeowner assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, slips, falls, drowning, or illness that may occur as a result of use or misuse of the pool or hot tub. Guests agree to release and hold harmless the homeowner from any claims or damages arising from use of these amenities.

Access to the pool and hot tub may occasionally be limited due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for temporary amenity downtime beyond the host’s control.

By booking this home, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.

-Swim at your own risk, please don’t leave children unattended.
-Please do not tamper with pool equipment—it’s complex and not user-friendly.
-No glass outdoors. We’ve provided outdoor-friendly cups and wine glasses for your convenience.
-A $500 fee will apply if glass is used outdoors to cover additional cleaning costs.
-If any glass enters the pool or hot tub, guests are responsible for the full cost of draining, cleaning, and refilling it.
-This is a family-friendly home, and we want to keep it safe for all future guests—especially the little ones.

Guests, Parking & Occupancy
Please park all vehicles in the driveway.
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property unless approved by the hosts.
The home sleeps a maximum of 9 guests.
Any unregistered guests will incur a $200 per night fee.
