Unauthorized groups or open-invite parties are not permitted on the property. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal by law enforcement, cancellation of your stay, and no refund. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, with a maximum occupancy of 10 people, in compliance with the City of Grand Prairie’s short-term rental regulations. We are excited to host your group, and we also aim to be good neighbors and ensure that our home and neighborhood are respected. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
2. Check-in and Check-out:
Check in at 4 pm
Check out at 11 am
Early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed if another guest is checking in or out on the same day. We will do our best to accommodate your requests based on availability.
3. Property Maintenance:
Please refrain from taping or sticking anything to the walls or ceilings as it may cause damage. Confetti or glitter of any kind are not allowed inside or outside the home, or around the pool or hot tub. Additionally, the pool service company comes on Mondays, and the lawn service comes on Tuesdays. They have access to the property to ensure proper maintenance.
4. Trash and Recycling:
Trash and recycling are collected on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 am. Please bag the trash and place it at the end of the driveway on the grass between the road and the alley for proper disposal.
5. Minimum Stay:
We generally require a two-night minimum stay to prevent misuse of our home, but we are open to considering one-night stays in certain situations on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to reach out with your situation, and we will review it accordingly.
6. Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the home.
7. Parking:
Please use the two available garage spaces for parking and two parking in the driveway. The city does not permit short-term rental guests to park on the street. Additionally, please avoid blocking the sidewalk, as it is illegal per city regulations. Violations of these parking rules may result in fines or towing at your own expense.
8. Glass by or in the pool and hot tub:
No glass is allowed near the pool and hot tub.
9. Pet Policy:
Dogs are allowed, maximum of 2 dogs up to 50 pounds, for an additional charge of $50 per pet per stay. Please clean up after your pet.
10. TV:
While we do not have regular cable, we do have Smart TVs, which can be used with your own account or any other personal streaming account during your stay.
11. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Please respect all furniture to ensure it remains clean, attractive, and comfortable.

The home is everything you could ask for and more.The house was beautiful and smelled amazing! I didn’t want to leave the house it gave you the perfect vacation!

Beautiful home
First off, the pictures online do not do this house justice - this is one of the first houses we rented that actually looked better in person - it is stunning! The decor is both beautiful & comfy, the couch is amazing, HUGE tv's, hot tub, pool, outdoor kitchen with TV, and fenced in yard. The house is huge - bathrooms were stocked with toothbrushes, lovely soap, lots of towels, plenty of tp for the 5 of us, and an amazing electric toilet in the master bedroom with heated seat, bidet, fan, lights, etc.... The bathrooms were beautifully done with fancy fixtures, gorgeous lighting, soaps/shampoos/conditioner and nice wallpaper/tile work. The lighting throughout the house was so pretty - very nicely done. The rooms were spacious with huge TVs, nice closets with fans available (a must for us), beds were comfy, and the decor was simple but classy. The master bedroom had a comfy couch, nice desk, electric fireplace, and huge closet. Nice dining room and even a game table in the front room with an adorable "dog house" inside one of the closets downstairs. The home was pet friendly, which is a must for us as we travel with our two Huskys & they loved the house! The host graciously set up a prelit Christmas tree, as well. The garage was nice touch because you could park two vehicles in it. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet, neighbors were friendly - location was perfect! The host stayed in contact and was always super helpful and friendly.

Perfect Family Getaway: A Home Away from Home
I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was. From the moment we arrived, my family and I were blown away by how beautiful the home was. The house was immaculate, spacious, and designed perfectly for a family getaway. Every detail made us feel like we were in a five-star hotel, from the cozy bedrooms to the fully-equipped kitchen where we cooked many meals together.
The location was unbeatable. We were close enough to explore the local attractions easily, but the neighborhood was peaceful enough to feel like a real escape. The amenities were top-notch, and there was something for everyone in the family, whether it was relaxing or staying entertained.
This home was more than just a place to stay; it felt like a home away from home, and my family and I can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a perfect vacation spot with all the comforts and luxuries you could ask for, this is the place to be. Five stars, hands down!
