âWe chose to stay at Bishop Arts Hotel because we needed a room with a sitting area, which it had and was quite comfortable. The hotel is along a streetcar line and has a parking lot for guests so it is easliy accessible.
There is no food onsite at the hotel, and the 'nearby' food options are more than a short walk away (only a 5-7min drive, but a 20-30 minute walk) which is not as convenient as we had hoped for.
While the rooms are clean the textiles are a bit worn. The hand towels were fraying...
âChecking in was horrible the lady in the front had an attitude and was very rude. I called and spoke with her to let her know I was going to be running late if there was going to be an issue and she said no thatâs fine I got there and she told me, âDo you know what time it is, I already did my report for the night.â I told her I spoke to you earlier to see if this was going to be an issue and if it was she could have said it. I have stayed in this hotel before never had an issue with anything...

âIt was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I donÂŽt like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. itÂŽs was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.â

âVery nice, Paris was incredible. Great customer service we had to leave b4 breakfast and they prepared us a goodie bag so we could eat something. Sheila the manager was great to. We decided to book another night on our return flight. Highly recommend this hotel!â
