“The biggest highlight is the staff—they were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a lot of charm. Being a historic property gives it a unique character that's hard to find in newer hotels. My only real complaint is the noise. The walls and doors don't do much to block sound, and I could hear almost everything happening in the hallway. “It was verry dificult to park the car when you not have a frontdesk and no were to put the car when you fix the practical things. I don´t like hotels without peopele to talk to also when you have other language in the bottom and not understanding everything. it´s was also verry difficult to understand which elevator system to use for parking and guest floor.”

“We chose to stay at Bishop Arts Hotel because we needed a room with a sitting area, which it had and was quite comfortable. The hotel is along a streetcar line and has a parking lot for guests so it is easliy accessible. There is no food onsite at the hotel, and the 'nearby' food options are more than a short walk away (only a 5-7min drive, but a 20-30 minute walk) which is not as convenient as we had hoped for. While the rooms are clean the textiles are a bit worn. The hand towels were fraying...

“The location was great for what we needed, and it was nice to have breakfast and parking included at no extra cost. I had no complaints!”

“Breakfast was the same every day with no variation in menu or selections. Children running up and down the hallways at night. Bed not comfortable. AC was either too warm and humid in room or too cold despite adjustments. Shower was a trickle not sufficient to wash hair or body. Door to small bathroom opened weird so you had to fully close the door to use the toilet or sit sideways because of the door. There was no fan in the bathroom. This was our 3rd H2 Suites this summer in multiple states....
