“Our stay was great. There were 4 of us and our dogs. Patricia put a lot of thought into the things that make a stay at a VRBO like being at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely renovated. There was a nice, screened in porch out back with a separate laundry room easily accessible from the back porch that we used plenty. “We needed a nice home to stay in for our daughter’s weekend graduation from the University of South Carolina and this home was perfect! Close enough to be a 20 minute drive from campus but far enough to avoid all the congested traffic and overcrowded restaurants in Columbia. This home was sparkling clean and had plenty of room to accommodate 6 adults. It’s in a newer area of development with nearby brand new restaurants and grocery stores. Great communication from host and I highly recommend. ”

“Property owner non responsive and property not available for stay after we drove 5 hrs to visit son on deployment with army. After repeated calls host finally answered and did notify Travelocity of non availability so was able to get money refunded but was pretty inconvenient ”

“I absolutely loved this place it was so beautiful! My children and I truly loved the house specially the back porch where the pool is inside the house is amazing I love all the decor and all the beautiful furniture and vantage things, and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor surroundings are just beautiful too, it was so peaceful! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.”

“Cute house. Obviously a flip. Nice amenities. Worked well for us. Had a great dinner from the grill and loved listening to the birds in the backyard each morning. Bring some mosquito spray if you plan to hangout outside like we did”

“Good for a family gathering. Beds not the most comfortable but adequate. Kitchen utensils rather sparse. Large outdoor area which we couldn't fully utilize due to the heat. Play house pictured not usable. Lots of kids toys which my grandson loved. Swings for kids also. 45 minutes from Columbia which had kids museum and great brewery.On balance, the house worked well for our family and we enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and helpful. ”

“This beautiful property was centrally located between our 2 work sites. As a home inspector, I appreciate the charm of original features like original wood flooring mixed with the addition of the primary bathroom. The owner is very punctual on answering you as well as an all around great guy! We will be staying again next week and anytime work has us in Sumter in the future! ”

“The house is old, was big enough for 5 adults. Enough driveway space to park. There was just enough seating for us (good thing we liked each other). No need to bring outdoor chairs as there is a table,chairs with 2 small charcoal grills under the pavillion. The bedroom with a walk in shower is hand held and it needs deep cleaning. The hall tub/shower with stick on tiles coming off, door sticks & VERY LOUD . Water pressure was horrible in the shower, as it kept going from full /low pressure as...

“This well appointed home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just eight minutes from the South Carolina Equine Park. The kitchen has everything that you can need, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The parking area behind the house is a little tight for large vehicles so plan accordingly. The hosts were friendly and accommodating with quick responses to questions.”
