The surface promise a lot more than what you get
The hotel looks nice on the surface with a nice surrounding. The room was great as well. What’s lacking is the atmosphere which is non-existing. This was an outstanding experience. The lodge has a stunning location perched on a cliff overlooking the river below. Our room was utterly delightful, Angelo’s cooking amazing and Pemba’s game drives literally stunning. Great , great game viewing.

Excellent service all around. Lots of things to keep the children busy in the lodge grounds. Breakfast was a little disappointing, clean and tidy rooms. Recommend the helicopter rides.
