“We stayed here with our 13,11 and 2 yr old boys and everyone had the best time! The location of the tree house has complete privacy and is right on the River which was a huge added bonus. We are already talking about maybe coming back next year. Only “heads up” is the “kitchen” sink is more of a dribble so washing any dishes is a long process but… your in a treehouse ”

“Our family loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. The pond was my youngests son and husband's favorite bonus. Many large mouth bass were caught including the fattest bluegill ever seen.*All were returned back to pond as it's catch and release.I...

Excellent high quality features and appliances throughout. Large spruce trees outside with bird feeders. Comfortable beds, easy climate control, convenient accessible washer/drier unit.Close enough (less than an hour) for a day trip to the fabulous town of Watkins Glen NY and State Park gorge are full of waterfalls.”
