“We had a wonderful stay at this truly charming cottage. The cottage was beautifully updated while still maintaining its historic character. Hosts Leslie and Al were extremely welcoming. For a seperate fee you can book a wine tasting with Host Al which we thoroughly enjoyed. He gave us a tour of the property, its history, and the award winning wine he produces from his vineyard are not to be missed. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This cottage was perfect! It was clean and we had plenty of room! It's a short drive to the marina and to the gas station/convenient store. In addition to the lake, we enjoyed using the hot tub on the deck and community pool in the resort. ”

“The house was in a great location. I will say the split systems required to cool the bedrooms were very noisy. The other thing that I didn't realize is that the house is just open to the basement - there's no door. That may not bother some, but it was a little odd for me, coming from an area that doesn't even have basements. ”

“Our 6 day stay at cottage 26 was super great! It was clean, comfortable, had all we needed! The host, Jeremie, was very helpful, easy to reach and communicate with! The accomodations were perfect for us! I would highly recommend this place to my friends so they can relax and be safe! 5 star rating!”

“Clean and convenient for fishing at the lake ”

“Did a quick getaway for my wife's birthday and it was great. Cute little home by the lake with a nice back patio area for grilling and a hot tub which me and our aon very much enjoyed. Easy to get too, and safe,quite, and scenic neighborhood. Great deal!”

“Pictures accurately display the beauty of this quant cottage. Hosts Judith and Lindsay were excellent and quick responding to questions. We came into town for the bourbon festival so we didn’t have much time on property. But this cottage was between Bardstown and Frankfort where we spent most of our time. It is a bit off the beaten path which was a nice get away from the tourist areas for the distilleries. We loved this place and would stay here again. 10/10. ”

“Was a great house for our family get together of 11 adults. Plenty of common space on the first level and the kitchen table was easily able to seat 8 people for meals and games. The arcade gaming system in the basement was a lot of fun with 100's of vintage games. The hot tub worked well and was enjoyable even in the rain as it is protected by the deck overhead.
