“We were so happy to have a place to stay near Mount Vernon in Gambier, Ohio. Walking into this house felt like walking into the 1950s so if you like that kind of nostalgia, this is the house for you. Did not have any Wi-Fi available. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with.”

“The house has a very welcoming presence as you enter to a welcome basket and clean space!The hosts were extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for this stay. The kitchen seemed well-equipped, although we did not do a lot of cooking for the 4-5 days we were there.The fire pit was a bigger hit than I anticipated. “We enjoyed the apartment and all of its 1970's paraphernalia. I grew up in the area IN the 1970's so it was all a blast from the past. It was clean and loved that they welcomed pets. Check in and check out was easy. We had some trouble with a broken coffee maker and the bed was rather hard. But owners were responsive. ”
