“I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The...

4. Aariz Nest

“Friendly and helpful hostess greeted me upon arrival. VRBO app was very useful for communication. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. The TV had Netflix, but I mostly screen casted from my iPad while was there (16 days). Had my own entrance and parking spot in the driveway. I really can't think of any negative outside of a broken handle on the microwave, which was no big deal. Recommended!”

6. Charming 1825 Farmhouse Near Boston & Canobie Lake

Salem

“Everything was good but nothing exceeded expectations. There is room.for improvement, we did hit a few small snags but we made it work and Gil seemed pretty nice. The set up of the farm house was fine although the pictures do make spaces look much bigger than they are in person. We had some issues with the code to get in but fortunately Gils brother was near by to help. The cleanliness is my biggeat reason for not giving 5 stars. The kitchen and bathrooms looked like they had been cleaned but...

9. Steps away to the beach - Surf - Sun & Sand beach house

Hampton Beach

“Overall was a good place to stay. Kind of deceiving that it says steps away from the beach and shows pics of the beach like its right there but its about a block down. Not a big deal was just a little disappointing after seeing the pics. Couldn't even see the water but all in all a good place to stay. Rates are a little steep for off-season and nothing around being open. But was a good place to crash each night”

12. Ospreys Landing: a Charming Plum Island Cottage close to Historic Newburyport

Newburyport

“Cute little cottage. Incredible location near one of the most beautiful towns and long pristine beaches and natural habitat preserves I've encountered. We used to go to Plum Island when I was a kid and when my kids were young. Even more interesting than I remembered. The house has a nice, well-furnished kitchen, and it's a lovely, small, cozy space. The only issues we had were furniture, inside seating, and a very loud washer and dryer. It's a tiny place that maximizes space so well it kind of...

15. Marvelous 3-bedroom townhome with Heated floor Manchester

Highlands

“We were very appreciative of being able to check in a little early. However, the check-in instructions and information could have been much clearer. We rented the full 3-bedroom house, but each bedroom had a digital lock requiring a code. We were not given all of the codes initially and had to ask for them, then follow up again for the third room. I found this concerning from a safety/fire-safety standpoint, as the codes must be entered every time and one door was especially difficult and...
