âWe were offered a private tour in the desert from the kind host. The tour was with Ibrahim who drove us to the dunes, across the desert and to the nomads living there. Ibrahim took good care of us and we highly recommend the tour. â

The last stretch of the access road goes across sand, unpaved. Camel rides are right next door. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner.
