We were very pleased with the apt. It was clean, comfortable and inviting and well-equipped. Very convenient location with ferry to Halifax within easy walking distance. Also a very good bed which made for a good night.

It is close to Halifax ferry. It is a basement apartment so it is necessary to have lights on all the time (personally I like bright places with windows).

Great location
The apartment is in a great location with a beautiful view of the harbour and within a short walking distance to the ferry. The hosts are very nice. As for the unit itself, all the amenities of a home are there, including a washer and dryer. There isn't a lot of room for luggage in the bedroom, but it is workable. On the down side, the double bed is not very comfortable and the pillows are all stained. Even though the unit is a walk out in front, it is a basement. It is very humid and for this reason, you need to run the dehumidifier constantly.

We have a complete new Sealy Posturpedic bed system and pillows arriving on Aug. 26, 2023. This is the first 3-star review we have received since we commenced renting our beautiful one bedroom furnished ground floor apartment overlooking Halifax Harbour. Our reviews are usually 4.5 to 5 star reviews. Our comments in the offline guest book in the apartment are very complimentary to the apartment, location and us as hosts.

The view of Halifax harbour was spectacular when the trains weren’t there. Easy access to Halifax and all highways . The unit is well equipped and clean the only down fall was the mattress was too small for the box spring.

Lucy and Mo were gracious hosts with all the information we needed for a productive stay. Their home was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to transportation if you don't want to drive. Everything was like it was described and on the fotos. Nice beighborhood, nice walk to the ferry or to the busses. It was a great stay, everything was perfect and the host was caring very friendly during the blackout (cuased by Fiona). The only thing I didn't like? That I couldn't stay longer!

We had a great stay at this apartment. All of the amenities you could need are provided. It's a good location for day trips around Nova Scotia. The harbour view was lovely from the private patio.

Apartment was awesome to stay in, close to the ferry as well as the market and downtown Dartmouth. The owner Moe was a terrific guy, will stay there everytime I come to the area.

Jon was an excellent guest. He was clean and quiet in the apartment. Great attitude and person to talk to. I would recommend having Jon stay with any VRBO Host and look forward to hosting Jon again in the future.
