“This cozy cottage was perfect for our recent visit to visit family in Elkins, NH. It is located a short walk to Pleasant Lake for swimming and boating (in good weather). Steph was so attentive and helpful and provided many wonderful amenities in the cottage. This is our go-to place to stay whenever we visit the area.”

“The location was great just off highway with town down the road for food gas etc. Owner provided everything possible for stay. Stayed in touch throughout to check on any needs. The road to the cabin was dirt and had some serious ruts but that wasn’t her responsibility. Entry would be iffy for mobility impaired. Tub could use a grab bar. Otherwise a great stay. ”

“My family of four traveled for a quick fall foliage tour mid October. We used this house as our base instead of staying at multiple places. This meant we drove a little more each day but we got to wake up and come home to this magical place. Seriously. We wanted to come home early each day to spend more time here. It’s quiet, enchanting, spotless, and filled with charm. I cannot stress how beautiful and peaceful it is being directly on the lake. We will definitely be back. ”
