This fabulous 5 bed / 4.5 bath home has been recently refurbished throughout to offer tasteful spacious living areas and accommodation for any guest seeking a getaway home for home. Situated on the gate guarded resort of Watersong you have easy access to all the major theme parks. What makes this home extra special is its large private lanai overlooking conservation areas with outdoor kitchen, private pool with jacuzzi.  Inside the home you will find a large recreational area featuring a pool table, work station and TV area. You will also find the benefit of a sleeper sofa in this area should you require that additional sleeping space. There are five beautifully appointed bedrooms, three of which are ensuite rooms providing great opportunities for multi generation family groups without compromise. The other two twin bedrooms are beautifully Disney themed sharing a themed bathroom. This gorgeous home offers parking for four cars (two in private garage) and is only minutes from the recreational on-site resort facilities featuring pool area, gym, children's play area and volleyball court.  Shopping and restaurants are minutes away. This is the type of home that you will just not want to leave as it offers the complete package for those seeking fun times with family and friends! Very nice accommodations, beautiful residential area. Very safe and secure. Just a few housekeeping tips: bring extra toilet paper, bath soap, laundry detergent, Garbage bags, Etc. Only enough supplies to make it a day or two. They ask you to wash your towels before checking out to help the cleaning staff but no soap is provided. Also prepare to pay the pool heating fee (makes all the difference in using the pool). Very close to Disney and a convenient Publix’s is nearby. We will definitely look at this area again for our next Disney vacation.

Great place for reunions

Quiet, private, lovely space, plenty of things to do, pool and spa perfect. We had grandchildren, our children, friends and family visit us and spend time on the resort. The privacy is lovely. When we walked in, subtle lighting, and a wonderful scent was in the air. Any issues we had were quickly and adequately addressed. I would recommend this home to anyone planning to spend time in this area.

Quiet with a serene outlook

Wonderful property set in a cul de sac and edging on to a water reserve with lots of wildlife. Very private due to hedgerow to next door property. Communication with David the rental manager was first class and nothing was to much trouble. He was quick to respond to all our queries. Will definitely return at the first opportunity.

A Florida Gem

Our family enjoyed the home very much!! This is a great home for multi-generational family vacations. There are plenty of places to do different activities, play games, eat family meals, and even have a quiet area for a nursing mother. While everyone else were out and about at the parks, my wife and I enjoyed looking at the conservation area while lounging in the lanai. The home was clean and ready for us to occupy when we arrived. The owner works to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We don't think you will be disappointed.

If your looking to spend your time cleaning and doing maintenance this one’s for you!!!

This property is not how the photos show. The maintenance company give cleaning a luck and a promise I spent a day and a half scrubbing toilets. Black coming off bowl. Disgusting. The fans outside were so black that if you turned them on you would have stuff falling on you. We had to buy a ladder and scrub those in order to have air flow on very hot days. The place is full of stained carpet and mildew shower curtains. The floors need to be scrubbed so badly and the coach set is full of stains. This house allows pets which I had one. They were worried about the dogs being on the furniture. Wow! Is all I can say. The stains and dirt from the sofa. It needs be deep cleaned or thrown out and replaced. The supplies they give you are bare minimum. One roll of toilet paper for whole house. If you get in late we’ll too bad you will have to share. The management didn’t check in with us. The garbage cans weee overflowing with a old dog bed. That stuck around for a week. Really put a damper on our trip. I needed to go out and buy flipflops for everyone to wear indoors to avoid any dirt. The shower was disgusting. In the primary bedroom. aa VRBO I thought quality was important to you. Your reputation with this property is on the line.

Great vacation home for multiple people

We had 9 people and 2 dogs stay at this house for 10 nights. The home met our expectation and had plenty of space. The pool was warm and the backyard felt private. The rec room entertained the kids for hours. Neighborhood was safe and had a grocery store nearby. The house provided the basics, could use some little upgrades that would make it feel a bit more homey, but nothing that would stop us from staying here again.

Extended Florida holiday after first successful semester in college

We stayed in David's Florida home for an extra long week after my daughter's successful first semester in college. We were not disappointed! We splurged and had the pool heat turned on for the week as well. It was AMAZING! The house has tons of room, the pool is nice and private so you aren't staring at neighbors beside or behind you. We also had a friend come down midweek with his family for a few days so he could take them to Disney and enjoy the pool. I also liked the games located in the house an lieu of having all of it in the garage. David was easy to work with and he was prompt to respond to any correspondence that I sent. This was our 8th stay in the Watersong community I would stay in this house again if the opportunity arises. Thank you David for letting us stay in your home. We had an wonderful week. We left just in time to be greated at home by Elliott!

Well needed family vacation

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was quiet and relaxing. The pool was very enjoyable and warm. Loved the newly renovation and decor of all the rooms. However, have a few suggestions: Supply washcloths, hand towels and bath mat for all the bathrooms. Supply a kitchen trash can. Label trash cans for recycle or trash. My husband and I stayed here with our three adult children and their partners. We all had a blast relaxing in the pool, listening to music and playing games. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits to Florida.
