“The rental unit was good and as advertised. We had issues with the door lock beeping during our entire stay despite asking to have it fixed, it was very loud. The check in process was difficult and the waiting to get into the community was chaotic, taking over 45 minutes to get through the front gate and register. Communication with the property manager was ok. They were very nice but seemed reactive. I asked to rent the golf cart ahead of our stay but that was never set up. The community...

“The house was beautiful and the perfect size for my 14 family members. It was conveniently located near Publix and other fast food places. Not far from universal Studios and Disney world. The pool was perfect for the little one and the teenagers. I would definitely love to rent this house again when opportunity presents. Oh response time was with 24 hours but we had no major issues. ”

“Our stay was very accommodating for our family size. However when we arrived the floor was not fully cleaned. To make it worse we had to walk through the dirt to go to the front door therefore making us track dirt into the house. The pool also was not exactly clean because one of the screens on top was missing. However we were still able to play games and have fun in the pool and at the waterpark. Will recommend this house to other family members who will be traveling to Florida ”
