Magical Orlando Disney Family Villa

'Silver Palms' is a gorgeous Mediterranean-style two-storey house on the idyllic 'Watersong' development, designed with generous open living areas, elegant features, and flowing layouts for a truly exclusive feeling. Our custom-made home has a colourful exterior, designer kitchen features, and is loaded with upgrades. The home has just had a full renovation of the kitchen and living area to include, painted cabinets, new countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring and new furniture. The home has an oversized pool area with large pool and spa which can be (heated at extra cost.) It stands on an over-sized conservation lot, providing privacy in the back yard because you are not overlooked from the rear. Nature’s paradise can be your private retreat!
Features include: Four bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Oversized pool area with toilet and shower area. Fully equipped games room. Lounge has large screen TV.
Please note that our home is licenced to sleep a maximum of 8 guests.
Watersong has easy access to the I4 expressway and is just 20 minutes from Disney World with easy access to Universal Studios, Sea World, the airport, the beach, shopping centres and many more attractions including world class golf courses. On site is a spacious 6,700 sq ft clubhouse.

Close to major golf resorts: Reunion (Home to the LPGA) Providence, and Champions Gate championship golf courses are nearby, as are several others.

We provide a very personal management service to help with all your booking requirements, as you will see from our extensive positive feedback.

PLEASE NOTE: We can offer you additional items to rent for the duration of your stay, including a BBQ and electric or manual wheelchair. Feel free to ask us what is available.

Ideal family vacation rental near Disney!

The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, especially the pool were wonderful. Moreover, the location near Disney and our relative was ideal. Further, it was nestled inside a secure gate with a guard and a beautifully landscaped resort with a clubhouse. Ideal rental!

Disney Vacation

It was a great location to access the parks it usually took us about 15-20 minutes in the mornings and even when we left the parks at close it took a little longer. We enjoyed the pool throughout the day.

Fantastic place

This house was great clean beds ,clean kitchen and bathrooms. We stayed here for the month of Feb and the house and the pool where clean and the only thing that was wrong with the listing was the two queen beds are in fact king beds and very comfortable. No place is perfect but it is very close to it and we would definitely stay here again. The heated pool is a great feature of this rental and no bugs because of the whole pool area is enclosed with screening.

Nice vacation

The property was what we were expecting and needed. It is located in a gated community with several amenities. The pool heat in January was perfect. Lots of space and things to do. The only minor issue we found was that some of the TV remotes weren't working. Overall, a grade 'A' location.

Excellent villa

Lovely base to do Disney - kids loved the pool. Emerald island resort very nice and feels very secure. “5 minutes to Disney” is not exactly true - it’s 5 minutes to the start of Disney’s land - Disney is so big it can take 30 minutes to get to some of the parks!

Disney Getaway

Our group of 7 were very happy with this vacation home. It's exactly as advertised, just a short drive to Disney. The pool was a welcome break after a day at the parks. Dave was very responsive to any questions we had. We fully intend to return on our next trip.

Perfect place for a family get-a-away

We stayed here for our a Disney trip. It is a beautiful location, the bedrooms are all a nice size, the kitchen is equipped as well as the laundry/game room area, and very well kept and clean. We didn’t stay at the place much, as most of our time was at Disney, and if that’s where you are headed and don’t want to be on resort, this is literally 10 minutes from the parks (traffic varies as does the time of the year, so it was great to get back so quickly after being on our feet all day. Dave is wonderful, very responsive with questions or concerns, and I highly recommend this place. I would for sure come back here again.

Renter Beware!

Gated community that rules applied to some. House had good reviews so I didn’t think twice about renting, but when we arrived dirt in corner, carpets nasty, hair in shower, dead bugs, food and empty bottles under my children’s room, outdated old furniture, not enough linen to even wash 8 people, dingy linen, wash clothes like sandpaper, cooling system poor in home, refrigerator didn’t even keep things cold, vents in bathrooms filthy, vacuum cleaner was full of nasty crap, states queen beds and only full size, washer had nasty stuff that had to be cleaned out before use, loud filthy music at 200am, people adults and children screaming loudly at 200am despite quiet hour rules, and I would never rent again. Owners live nearby and never responded to my email of concerns. I would think as an owner I would want to know these things to figure out where the issues are that need addressed. If a housekeeper is cleaning they would be fired! I have rented a home before in Florida and it was immaculate and when we left we also left it in pristine condition. I kept our stuff picked up but wasn’t cleaning up someone else’s crap on the floor. Hoping we didn’t bring home any bugs! Unfortunately I felt stuck to stay because I would have lost all the money we paid to rent and wasn’t spending that money again.

Wonderful villa in an excellent location!

We had the most amazing Florida holiday, made even better by staying in this excellent villa. The owners were speedy and thorough when getting back to us with answers to our questions both before and during our stay. It was super easy to check in to the villa and we were delighted with what we found. Open and spacious living areas, clean and comfortable. Plenty of padded seating and loungers around the pool with lots of different patio areas to either avoid or chase the sun as the day went on. The bedrooms and bathrooms we great too, lots of storage. Well equip kitchen with a nice big fridge freezer so lots of space for shopping. Emerald island itself is stunning, with well maintained houses and landscaping. It felt safe and secure too. And surprisingly there was lots of wildlife to see right outside the villa too, from lizards to raccoons and even an armadillo crossing the road! The villa is really well located with animal kingdom, magic kingdom and Epcot only 10 minutes easy drive away and universal studios around 25 minutes away. Just 5 minutes drive and you’ll find Disney souvenirs and some nice restaurants like Outback Steakhouse which is great. And within 10 minutes, you’ll find Walmart, ihop, Mac Donald’s, dominos pizza and loads more eat in restaurants. I would highly recommend Dave and Liz’s villa to anyone. It was one of our best holidays yet, made better by the villa! Thanks Dave and Liz, hope to return again soon.

Perfect size for our extended family

We came down for a week at Disney and were looking for a place to hang our hats and host Thanksgiving dinner. This was that and more. The pool was just right for the kids (a 6 and 7 year old) and there were plenty of dishware, silverware, utensils and cooking surfaces for the dinner and enough table space to handle the 9 of us. We did bring our own roasting pan, but that was the only thing we were lacking. We also paid an additional $17/night to heat the pool, but the temperature was perfect after that. The bedrooms were spacious and the living space was great for vegging out and watching football on turkey day. Proximity to Disney was a huge plus: Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios were around 10 minutes and Magic Kingdom was 15. Had some noisy neighbors on the last night - otherwise it would have been a 5.

Excellent property

We loved this house as soon as we arrived. Felt like home. The house is fully equipped with everything needed. Pool area is clean and spacious. Close to theme parks, shopping and restaurants. We had slight hiccup with the pool hear however Dave & Liz were quick to respond. We would definitely rent this house again!

Very relaxing stay. Very handy for the Disney parks.

Very nice home handy for Disney parks . Villa was very comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely consider returning here in the future. Just a couple of suggestions, more towels would have been beneficial, especially pool towels. A clothes airer or clothesline in the garage would also have helped.
