“Clean safe location on a small lake. 1.5 mile walk to Medical Lake. Very friendly area. Newly renovated basement accommodations with 2 bedrooms a nice kitchen and a small bathroom with a 36” shower stall. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

“This place met our needs quite well. It was well organized and instructions were simple to follow. We would stay here again when we return to the area. We only had two things that we would address, the bedrooms could use some type of darkening shades. The exterior lights are great for security, but not for those who prefer darkness for sleeping. The other is the BBQ could use some work.”

“Our stay was amazing. The kids had a blast fishing, kayaking, and swimming. The only downfall was having random other people coming and going from the boat launch. We were under the impression it was a private retreat and had our stuff out when a huge group showed up to use the boat launch. “We had a great time relaxing with friends at this well placed VRBO. We spent a lot of time on the patio and in the game room where we shared great conversation and laughs. This house had everything we needed with plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans etc. The bathrooms also had everything we needed. The short loop trail behind the house wanders along the river and was easy to navigate and safe for people of all ages. Very close to the great sights along the river and not far from downtown....

It is located in a very private and peaceful setting. A great anchor location for day trips (like Grand Coulee Dam). “The size and location of this house can’t be beat! We had plenty of room to spread out, loved playing pool, watching the star at night and just enjoying the view. We did as other suggested and used a truck for easier beach access. The kitchen could use a little more stocking up and a little more care for the yard would be nice but neither detracted from our enjoyment of the house. It’s also worth checking out the Maverick for dinner, it was yummy!! We will definitely be back for our yearly...
