“We stayed 2 nights this past week. It is very quiet. Rooms were spacious. Surroundings were quiet. They have a “restaurant “ area which is open for breakfast and dinner. Both you have to pay for. Very nice place. Would stay again. ”

Most importantly, they’re pet friendly and my “boys”, Louie and Logan are treated like rock stars.

“Beautifully renovated historic home that welcomes you from the moment you drive in. The property is vast and the immediate grounds are very well maintained with many activities to interest all-pool, hiking trails, and croquet. The public spaces androoms are well put together while maintaining their historic integrity. Grab a crab cocktail at the in-house bar and have dinner in any of the well appointed dining spaces. A great place to stay before/after a visit to Monticello.”
“The property was clean, but the receptionist saw I was standing in front of the desk and did not come immediately when I checked in. I needed to wait for 3 or 4 minutes. Maybe she was taking a break outside the building. That was my first experience waiting for the receptionist at the hotel. ”
