“The location can't be beat, and Joseph (the manager) was extremely responsive. We started out in the Blu Suite, which was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, it was difficult to sleep due to the loud music blaring just outside until 2 am, the light from the street beaming in brightly, and the construction that began at 6 am. We expected (and had been warned) that there would be street noise, but this was beyond what we could comfortably handle. Fortunately, Joseph was able to move us...

“I only stayed for one night before traveling, and the room they gave me was adequate. There was some noise from the outside that was a bit annoying in the morning, however, you are in Jerusalem and there is construction everywhere so it is to be expected. My only complaint about the room is that they did not supply some plastic cups to use when brushing your teeth. They did leave a glass by the sink, but I prefer not to use a hand washed glass (there are numerous videos on the Internet about why...

“Muy poca limpieza en el hotel. El house-kipping no es suficiente para los cuartos y ocupación del fin de semana. Hacen el cuarto muy tarde. No tienen suficiente personal. La comida bien presentada pero no de muy buen sabor y escasa.
Lástima porque la propiedad y la zona están excelentes. .”

“Personalen var otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma.
Rummet städat och rent.
Störde mig lite på att det kom in cigarettrök från andra rum in i mitt rum. Det drog ner betyget. Herod’s gate låg endast 5 minuters promenad, Damascus gate låg endast ca 7minuters promenad. Jesus tomb låg runt kvarteret. Vill du bo nära ” the old city ” så är detta hotell perfekt.
Rekommenderas!”
