“What a cozy, thoughtful place. Had all the amenities of home and definitely is used as a family residence often. A 1/2 mile walk to the commercial strip of Thomas, although there is no sidewalk on a bit of that walk. It didn’t bother me personally. We had a great time.”

I thought that if the hot tub was heavily advertised as it is in this listing, renters are expected to be able to make use of it without adverse health effects. “It is definitely an old house which is okay but can very well use some things to help clean it up. The guest I was with felt it was dirty and she is a realtor. Other than that decent location and neighborhood. Wouldn’t necessarily classify as gorgeous but it was good. Great coffee shop right around the corner called “good news cafe”! A/c was great. I Didn’t communicate much with host”
