“We did not end up staying at the rustic cabin due to a communication issue that happened between the cabin owner and the property manager. However, once the property manager was aware of the issue they worked to find a comparable property. This issue impacted the trip that was planned, unfortunately. The property we were moved to was lovely although further away from the activities we had planned. Cleanliness was fine overall, although unclear the last time the hot tub was cleaned or treated due...
