The Space:

Welcome to Gables Bend & Green Gables Retreat — a thoughtfully paired house and studio offering space, privacy, and flexibility for groups travelling together.



Together, the properties feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate living zones, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.



Gables Bend (Main House)

The main house includes a spacious king bedroom with cosy electric fireplace, a queen bedroom, and a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children. The open-plan living area is light-filled and inviting, with comfortable seating, Smart TV, and a well equipped kitchen for relaxed meals at home.



Green Gables Retreat (Studio)

The adjoining studio offers a private, open-plan layout with a queen bed, spa bath, and kitchenette — ideal as a quiet retreat within your group.



Step outside to enjoy the shared outdoor spaces, including a private deck, garden areas, and exclusive access to the pool (seasonal use) and outdoor spa. Please note: This booking includes two separate dwellings on the same property. There is no internal access between the house and studio — each is accessed via its own private entrance, with movement between the two via the outdoor areas.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to both Gables Bend (the main house) and Green Gables Retreat (the studio), including all indoor and outdoor areas across the property.



This includes:



- Two fully self-contained living spaces

- Three bedrooms and two bathrooms

- Private deck and garden areas

- Exclusive use of the seasonal pool and outdoor spa



Each dwelling has its own private entrance, allowing for both shared time and personal space during your stay.



Free onsite parking is available for up to three cars in the main driveway, plus an additional space at the studio.



Other Things to Note:

The swimming pool is a seasonal amenity and is closed during the cooler months. The outdoor spa remains available all year round, offering a warm and relaxing experience no matter the season.



Pets are warmly welcomed, however the yard is not fully fenced, so we ask that furry friends are supervised during your stay.



This property consists of two separate dwellings on the same block. While you’ll have exclusive use of both when booking this listing, there is no internal access between the house and studio.
