*Notes** / *Updates* (as of January 2026). Concrete repairs/Restoration on our building is still going on (phase 2 and 3) on weekdays only from 8 am - 4 Pm. But! Phase 1 (North, Northeast) which includes our Unit is done as far as major work but a master bedroom window will be replaced at a later time. So, please, if booking in that time frame (now to early 2027), you understand and agree with potential work, noise in our building. Also, know that the rates applied already include a discount.
Beach access and the pool is open.
If checking late after 10pm we’ll charge an additional fee of $75 from 10:01 Pm to 11 Pm and $100 from 11:01 pm to 7:00 Am.

Look no further! This Beautiful Ocean front Unit look offers amazing breathtaking views (from 4th floor) of the World Most famous beach. Our split floor plan 2 bedrooms, 2 baths apartment offers access to the balcony from both bedrooms and the spacious living room/Dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare your own meal. You'll have access to our community amenities like in each floor there is a Washer/Dryer (coin/card operated, next to our unit) a gym (lower floor), Pool and other common areas. Shops, entertainment, restaurants are all in close distance. This unit comes with one (1) underground space (7ft clearance) and an upper deck parking is on a first come basis.
So, bring your flip flops and toothbrush and come enjoy Daytona Beach to its fullest.

This place was more than I expected !!Everything was top class. Loved the morning sunrises. They were breathtaking. View of ocean from balcony was awesome.Our host was so welcoming and available for any questions or concerns. The condo itself has everything you would need. The location was great and so easy to get around. I would highly recommend this VRBO and would definitely return (for longer duration) If I could rate it higher than a 10- I would !!

The room was very clean. Unfortunately there was maintenance being done during our stay but only regular hours. Communication with the owner was excellent and we would rent this unit again.

Stayed for the week of Daytona coke 400 race in August 2025. Beautiful full beach view with a very nice pool area. You are just seconds from the beach itself. Owner was extremely nice and quick to answer. 2 separate bedrooms with 2 baths. Comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. You couldn't ask for anything more for a comfortable stay. This is our new go to location.

Great condo with all the nessessities

We absolutely loved this place. Even with building construction going on we were not inconvenienced. Pool was beautiful and quick access to beautiful beach. The patio was amazing and we sat outside a lot. All the necessities needed, beach chairs, beach towels,, sand toys, etc. Well stocked!!! If I ever come back to Daytona I would book here again.

Great stay!

Very nice location and the owner was very nice. There is construction being done on the building, but it did not bother us. It was noted in the listing so we where aware before we booked. I would definitely say at this condo again!

Mixed Review

A located in Daytona. As have used VRBO three times now in Daytona. The view is excellent as described in listing. However after checking out we were informed of a 'punched wall' in the guest bathroom. We did notice a dint under the towel rack and simply assumed it was there previously. As easy for a hanging towel to cover from previous renter. Received a message at 1:41pm. By 1:50pm a 300 charge. I have been using VRBO since 2011 from South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, California (all for family or golf holidays) never had an issue. I guess movong forward check every room upon entering. Then notify owner.

Overall, very pleased with stay

The condo was very spacious, the living room was large and the bedrooms and baths were good sized. The furniture was, well, not the best of quality, not horrible, but just very dated and nothing really looked like it went together. That said, we didn't come for the furniture, we came for that huge ocean out there! Sunrises there are amazing! One other issue was, we were coming off a cruise and needed to do some laundry. According to my wife, the listing said "In unit washer/dryer"... there was not. The kitchen was well stocked, beds very comfy, not real crazy about being awakened by the painters outside our windows going up on the window washer... but if they can handle us in our underwear, we can too.

Great Place, Great Location

My son and I were in town for the Rolex 24 hr race and stayed here Thursday - Monday. It was fantastic. Very clean, very comfortable, every amenity, great views and great location (based on us getting to and from Daytona Speedway). Nothing but good things to say about the property and the owner, who really went out of his way to make the stay fantastic. Highly recommended.

Spent the week here and loved every minute! The condo was convenient to everything. Well equipped with needed items, and the view was wonderful. Even with the work going on outside! The property manager was quick to respond with any questions, and extremely nice.

Property was excellent even with construction going on. Loved the private parking area in garage. Condo was away from busy pier area but close enough to still enjoy it. Will defiantly consider rebooking when going back to Daytona.

Great place, except for the construction

The condo was great! Specious and had everything we needed. Access to the pool and beach was easy and the pool chairs were appreciated! It is evident the owners have worked hard to get the unit back in rental shape from the balcony construction. However, the building is old and shows it's age. The door to get back in from the pool/beach is temperamental and a pain. Construction for the most part was tolerable or not an issue. However, at times it was unbearable. The grinding/jack hammering of the plaster made it nearly impossible to hear each other talk while in the condo, yet alone sleep or watch TV. Also, there are no window treatments on the balcony windows due to the construction so the sun shines in early! Hopefully the construction becomes less invasive for future guests. We would love to return once the construction is done!
