“Great place for our family to stay for my son’s graduation. Such a nice change from the cold feel that you get from a hotel. Beautiful clean space tastefully decorated and had all the amenities and in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a family getaway. There is a huge yard for kids to play in as well. ”

“The location is everything really...right across the street is a bar with karaoke every night. Good food within walking distance on all sides. The room is really decent and nice for 2, literally oooooooonly gripe is the AC can get a lil overworked maybe or something and sitting at about 79 degrees it feels. Luckily though it was chilly out at the time of stay but other than that totally nice experience. ”

“This was such a great little find for our family of 4! The girls absolutely loved getting to feed the chickens and hold the bunnies. It was clean and super close to the springs and the cute downtown area in deland for shopping and restaurants.”

“Overall we were surprisingly pleased. The exterior does no justice for the interior of the room. Although it could have been a little cleaner (more details to the floors and the corners of the rooms, especially the bathroom,, overall we were happy with our short stay and would consider staying again. Shower was awesome with alot of water pressure!!!”

“Stayed here for Cheer week in Daytona. A quick Uber ride to the Ocean Center and far enough away from the busiest part of town. Walking distance to amazing restaurants right across from the beach. The property was very clean and better than listed. Kylee was extremely responsive and helpful. If you need a comfortable place to stay that is quiet and you don’t want to deal with loud hotels or condos, this is a great spot!”

“The property was large enough for our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 children). The kids loved the pool. The property was in a quite neighborhood and was very well maintained.”

“House was very clean, smelled amazing. The pool table was a great addition. They have cornhole in the garage which was awesome as it came in handy for our day at the park. The pool was perfect. Would stay here again. Highly recommend. ”

“Nice older ranch with plenty of room. We especially enjoyed visiting while relaxing in the screened back porch. We would rent again. Not receiving entry instructions until the first day of possession was concerning as we traveled from out of state, but all worked out fine.”

Gammalt och slitet.

"Gammalt och slitet. Var ganska kallt när vi var där och det drog under dörren från balkongen till utgångsdörren så hela natten var det jätte kallt. Gammalt och slitet. Värsta hotellet under vår en månads vistelse i USA. Donuts till frukost i en brun matsal. Kändes som att detta hotell kanske var okej under 70-80-tal. Inte fräscht alls. Skulle aldrig välja detta igen."

"Hotellet är helt okej för priset och det är svårt att hitta ett så strandnära hotell för pengarna. Dock så är hotellet lite slitet och skulle behöva en renovering. Vårt rum var bra och hade havsutsikt men var konstant fuktigt och ACn lyckades inte få bort fukten under våra tre dagar. Kläderna blev fuktiga och var det fram tills vi hade hängt upp dem på nästa hotell. Personalen är trevlig och tillmötesgående men många gäster är märkliga och skriker i sina rum kl 2 på natten, går och badar och är högljudda kl 23 på kvällen eller är uppenbart höga av droger. Utöver detta så var hotellet bra och utsikten är fantastisk. Frukosten är av kontinental typ och parkeringen är gratis."
