Great place to stay. I had family stay with me, we have a disability in the family and they drove seperate. I wish we knew there was only 1 space available for parking before we booked. Other than that its a great spot.

The room was perfect for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. The view in the patio was great, and having beach chairs and an umbrella were an added bonus. Thank you Michelle for your communications when ever needed. We’ll choose this room for our stay if ever in the area again.

Exactly as pictured! Comfortable room with all the basics for a perfect stay at the beach. We enjoyed the beach access, pool, and amenities. The host was quick to respond & very accessible. We would definitely stay again!

Easy access to the beach

Interracial family of 3 stayed here for 4 nights. Upon arrival, we thought the building looked a little rough, however we had no issues with the area or building. I had difficulty finding the unit, but the host responded immediately to my message to help me. The property has easy beach access. There was always parking available at all hours of the day. There is an elevator to access the unit if you do not want to use the stairs. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas to entertain us at the beach. Within walking distance to a free splash pad. My only complaints are that there was no hand soap upon arrival. Rather than bother the host for one bottle of soap, I just ran to the store and got some (which there are A LOT of stores near by). And that the furniture was a little dated/worn. We did not use the indoor or outdoor pools during our stay, but they both looked very clean and had plenty of other guests enjoying them.

Nice room for 1-2 people. Great beach location.

Overall this property was fine. My favorite parts were the pool, the ease of the keypad lock on the door, and the easy access to the beach. Negatives: The room was just fine. It could use a deep cleaning. It wasn’t dirty, but things like baseboard and behind door and under the bed need a good cleaning. The bath towels were not soft and there was no bath mat for outside the shower. The pool towels were a little nicer than the bath towels. I also thought the pillows were a little flat, but that’s just me. With this place being right on A1A, you do hear a lot of traffic noise at night time, but that can’t be helped. Sitting on the balcony was not enjoyable whatsoever because the exhaust from the air conditioner is super hot. Makes it hard to sit out there because 1) noise and 2) the heat from the exhaust fan is pretty warm. Positives: The room had pretty much everything I needed! The only thing I could have used but they didn’t have were chip clips. Other than that, plenty of plates, silverware, other kitchen items. The mattress was comfortable. Air worked great. Ceiling fan was nice to have as someone who’s sleeps with a fan at home. Overall, it was super cute and had a nice large dresser that I could unpack my things into. The view of the beach was nice. I would stay here again if I couldn’t find something else for similar price point.

Only the weather ruined this trip

We were in town for a national minor league football game. We loved this little place. The patio is a nice little hideaway spot. The bed was comfortable & the shower had plenty of hot water. We didnt cook or really use the kitchenette much but it was perfect for this place. The owner was absolutely wonderful! We forgot our home & car keys after we left (we live in Missouri). She reached out as soon as they were found & thankfully one of the coaches was still there & was able to grab them for us as we were already flying home. We appreciate you!!! As stated the rainy cold weather in Jan is the only thing that put a damper on our trip...& the forgotten keys of course lol. Looking forward to staying again soon!

Daytona Delight

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The unit was clean and accommodating. The kitchenet had everything we needed and is such a great way to save money and enjoy your own cooking. Second to get to the beach and the pool. I would definitely come back.

Quick Beach Anniversary Getaway

My wife loved this place. It was cozy and clean indoors, and the view of the ocean was nice. We accidentally booked during the end of bike week so we had a lot to see for the day which ended with a nice walk on the beach and retiring for the night here.

Winter break

We needed a place to land while we visited family and friends who already live in Florida. I wanted an ocean view for myself and an indoor heated pool for my 7 year old, and this unit delivered both! It was exactly what we needed and as described in the pictures. Communication with owner/manager was quick and easy. We would do it again.

Beautiful view on Daytona Beach

We stayed for 2 weeks in this unit in Feb. We had a very nice time. The location was good, near several restaurants and Winn Dixie. The complex is an older motel re done into condos but has been kept up. It’s a side view unit with no sun on the balcony. Pool area is very nice. I would recommend.

Daytona Beach Stay

Overall the apartment was clean and as pictured. It was right on the beach and we had direct access with the keys provided which were also the same keys to both the indoor and outdoor pool which was very convenient. The host was AWESOME with communication. We locked ourselves out the first night and her employee came in less than 30 minutes to let us back in (Again thank you soo much!) and she even checked on us during our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Work stay

I had to stay for a few days for work so why not stay beachside. The listing was very accurate. The actual condo was just as described & comfortable. The property needs some updating & the elevators where out of service the entire time we where there so carrying everything to the fourth floor wasn't fun but that is no fault of the condo owner.

Out of touch!

Vrbo did not send us any information on the address, room number or access information. We had to go to a Holiday Inn. After calling Vrbo, they gave us the property owners info. We contacted her and everything was GREAT after that.

Overnighter

We made one stay in the Codo and thoroughly enjoyed it. The view is spectacular and the beach is at your doorstep. A couple could easily spend a vacation and have everything they need. The place had everything you needed to prep meals. Communication was outstanding.
