Du kan titta på havet, stranden och poolen från vardagsrummet, matsalen och köket. Koppla av på stranden med din favoritbok, ligga vid poolen, cykla på den breda, platta stranden, titta på delfiner och soluppgångar från stranden på balkongen, titta på solnedgångar från den västra sidan balkongen, besök Canaveral National Seashore (entré mindre än en mil bort), gå på bio, upplev levande teater, gå antikviteter, surfa på inloppet, göra lite surffiske, njut av god lokal fisk och skaldjur, spela på en av de många närliggande golfbanorna och naturligtvis Disney, Universal, Sea World, Epcot och mer är bara ungefär en timme bort! Denna lägenhet ligger på den södra, No-Drive delen av New Smyrna Beach. Du behöver inte oroa sig för bilar när din familj spelar i surf och sand. Naturliga sanddyner och inhemska växter ligger vid stranden, inga betongväggar. Dessa naturliga sanddyner är årliga häckningsplatser för de stora havssköldpaddorna från maj till oktober. Det finns flera Fishing Charter Companies i New Smyrna Beach. På denna fastighet kan du också föra din båt, du kan parkera din båt eller kajak trailer här. Det finns flera närliggande offentliga båtlanseringsplatser. Dra nytta av de underbara fiskemöjligheterna offshore, runt Ponce Inlet eller i Mosquito Lagoon. Ta med din kajak eller SUP styrelse, det finns ett ställ där du kan lagra dem på den här fastigheten och lätt tillgång till stranden (eller hyra från Florida Vacay!). Poolen på Shorehom är ganska stor och värms årligen efter eget gottfinnande. Shorehom är väldigt välskött med naturlig sanddynamik som har den vita sandstranden. Detta är en lokal favorit också. Cozy beach condo

Check is was a total breeze they just gave us a code to use for the door and that was it! The condo was beautiful everything was nice and clean and comfy. Plus it was just a great location. The kitchen was spotless and had everything you would need to take care of a family during your stay. We will come back again. Our family had an amazing time!

Great way to Vacay

This property is amazing and the ease of checking in and out rocked. I am not certain I want to give away our secret vacay place because I want to be able to continue to book it. lol This is our second year booking it and we will book again next year unless we buy one of our own Totally would stay again!

Fees are uncalled for - cleaning is responsibility of renter, yet high costs in cleaning fees

We were assessed a host fee + a service fee in the hundreds. One of these would have been cleaning fees. Yet we still had to follow a long list of cleanup rules. I hate this about VRBO. Why would I happily pay hundreds in fees while having to do all the cleanup (laundry, dishes, countertops, refrigerator, trash cleanup, beach items cleanup, etc.,)?

Comfortable Oceanfront Condo

Everything needed for a beach getaway. The property was very clean and well stocked. Comfortable and had a direct ocean view. The grounds were well maintained as well as the pool. Beach chairs and umbrella and fun water toys were available. The location was far enough away from the busy section of New Smyrna Beach to feel relaxing and unhurried. It met all our expectations.

Great Beachfront Condo

Terrific 6th floor condo with amazing views and convenient check in process. On the no-drive beach and close to the state park at the end of the island. Only criticism is there were no potholders and only one dish towel so we bought some for our stay. Otherwise, well appointed.

Great Condo.

It was a great condo. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nicely renovated. Fridge and AC both worked great. We had some small issues but they were taken care of promptly. If you rent from this company, do it directly from their website to save some VRBO fees.

Condo great, property wasn’t great

The condo was very nice, recently updated, clean well furnished. There was a minor issue at check in and the management company was responsive and helpful. The property was listed with construction on the adjacent building with the rental building already completed. What was not listed was not all the units were complete in our building and first thing we saw was a big open construction dumpster right in front full of debris. In addition 2 other roll off dumpsters also on property. The elevator was working but in construction condition. The landscape was also in under construction condition . The listing was not accurate describing this building remodel was complete. Rates should have been reduced to reflect the construction status.

Amazing peaceful place

We booked this place kinda last minute and I am so glad we did. This place was so amazing. The back porch was like a sanctuary. The reclining couches were so comfortable and the beds were the same. The building has been renovated and is very clean. Everything you need for a nice beach getaway. We will definitely save this one as one of our favorites and return. Thx for such a pleasant visit.

Great vacation!

Everything was so nice! The condo is beautiful and provided everything we needed and we immediately felt at home. My 87 year-old mother loved the balcony...she could sit out there and see us on the beach or at the pool and not feel like she was missing out. The view is spectacular, too! We liked being on the not-so-crowded part of the beach but close enough to drive to activities. Several good restaurants near by. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us!

Relaxing and beautiful

The Management Company and inside the condo were amazing and the pictures and descriptive information are accurate. The outside is under repair. Each floor and condo balcony had heavy supports, EXCEPT this condo did not, which made it much nicer and attractive. If I had known this was an outside in the weather entrance to the condo, I probably wouldn’t have stayed at this condo. It was hot when we arrived and no luggage cart and only 1 grocery cart which made it very unpleasant and difficult to get everything out of the car to the condo. The door lock was very difficult at first and we couldn’t get in after struggling with all the luggage and other items. However, when I called the management company, we received immediate assistance - it showed we had unlocked it and they told us to push the door harder and it finally opened. Inside the condo is as beautiful as pictured, with everything upgraded to make it as comfortable as at home with large tv’s, recliners, and upgraded kitchen with everything you would need, if at home, with all the complimentary items that sometimes we forget to take, was great. The extreme measures taken to ensure everything was sanitized before and after each arrival gives you extreme comfort. The bed was amazingly comfortable, almost just like home. I can’t say enough about the beautiful view from the corner condo. We had a lot of problems with the cable the first night with no tv to watch; however, the management company was amazing and the management company came the very next morning to fix everything temporarily until Spectrum came later that evening. The management company gets 5 stars for everything they did immediately to solve our problem with the cable, etc. If you don’t mind the outside issues of being in the weather to get inside the condo and with no luggage carts, you will love this condo! The no drive on the beach was awesome, the ramp was fantastic and necessary for us and made getting to the beach easier. The pool was clean; however, the pool furniture looked terrible but safe to use. The ceiling fans are always helpful. The washer and dryer inside the condo is one thing I always looked for and they looked new. Inside the condo met all of our expectations and the management company far exceeded all our expectations, giving the condo and management company a 5 star rating with us for our stay.

Wonderful long weekend getaway

Perfect getaway

We just got home and miss the shore already! The condo was even nicer than the pictures. It was spotless and so comfortable in every way. The kitchen was totally equipped for cooking. We were steps from the pool and beach. We were less than 5 miles from Norwood’s Treehouse and The Garlic restaurants. It was a perfect little getaway. We hope to visit again soon.
