My stay

I have stayed at Sanibel about four or 5 times now. But didn't know they were closing that part of the beach for construction June 2nd. Sanibel did have a golf cart to take you to the beach and come back after you but no restroom access. Thanks to the two guys that helped! Now they have two carts. I love staying there because it is a quiet place (except for the big trucks going back and forth on the beach) and convenient to places, we like to eat and shop. Aunt Catfish is a great place to eat!!

Great location

The location of this condo is perfect. It’s on the south end of a1a away for most of the traffic where it’s more enjoyable on the beach and if you’re leaving to go somewhere else. It’s a beautiful place to stay.

Disappointed

The place was dirty, the living room furniture sucked, the pictures showed the pool was finished NOT. Had to buy my own vacuum sweeper ( the one in condo was junk) very little if any cleaning supplies), lighting in condo sucks ( couldn't read anything after dark) very little water pressure in the showers( need cleaned. Dog hair everywhere. For the money spent to rent this and what we got I will never rent this again. Worse place I ever stayed in 40 years of coming to Daytona

One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at

I love when the property is actually as pictured. Location is great, as we aren't fond of the drive-on side of the beach, so it's a short walk to cross over to the no-drive side. Most important.....responsiveness of the management company. We had some silly issues, but important none the less. Everything was responded to and/or taken care of in 20 minutes or less. We have been renting condos in South Daytona for over 10 years now and this is one of the best!!!

Great Condo!!

Loved the condo!! Condo was very clean. Great view of the beach from the1st floor balcony. Easy access to the beach. We got to experience the fire alarm system the first night there around 2:00 am. Had great speakers in the room telling us to evacuate the building. (Just a computer glitch) Not complaining just letting everyone know that this is a safe place to be in case of a real emergency. The only thing negative was 20" TVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Will definitely stay there again.

Great place

Loved condo and location. Condo is big, accommodated family of 6 easily. Teenage grandkids went from beach to pool to game room for pool all day long! Would definitely recommend and will stay there again. I loved the master bedroom was oceanfront with door open all the time to beach noises. Also could enjoy the ocean from balcony without baking in the sun 🌞Great sunrises

My experience was extremely pleasant. Happened to check in when Daytona 500 was going on, and bike week. Which were both a nice surprise and lively. I would recommend this condo, right next to a drive free beach which is great. Daytona Beach itself, good for recreational but I prefer the white soft sand.

Great condo Great location Beach front Easy access to beach and pool Not to close to boardwalk so it quiet If I had to complain about anything it would be the parking situation. Not enough parking. If it weren’t for my husbands temporary handicap tag we wouldn’t have been able to park our 2 vehicle. That doesn’t change my mind about this condo though we will book it for again next year.

Nice clean condo.

We enjoyed our stay. First floor was convenient and not loud as I expected being right outside the pool area on a holiday week. Very nice to be able to walk out to the beach in a few minutes time. Parking was terrible though. The website advertised two underground parking spaces but in reality it was only one with the other in front of building. There were several cars without permits taking up spaces so it was very frustrating. My parents staying at another condo couldn't drive over to visit - we had to go pick them up each time due to limited parking. I'm sure this was sure to the holiday/race week but still frustrating. It happened to a lesser degree last year when we stayed in another condo in the building. As for the condo, it was pretty well stocked with most items you'd need on a daily basis. We found it odd that the twin beds were in the room with the bathroom adjoining rather than the queen bed but we made it work. And it would have been nice to have more washcloths to save on loads of laundry. Plenty of towels and some beach towels for use there as well as beach chairs and boogie board. We would certainly consider staying there again.
