“What an adorable house! The photos are a true representation of the house, but it's even cuter in person. I was traveling with my son and large dog and it suited us perfectly. The desk area is perfect for working, the yard is large for roaming, the couch was comfortable and perfectly situated and the sunroom was cozy and pleasant! The bed tho? Magnificent! “This was a dream spot for KC. The property was just outside of the city but was quaint and quiet as if we were an hour outside of town. The view is so perfect for a night on the rooftop to catch up and the hot tob was ideal after many hours of travel. Jessica was so friendly, easy to contact, and quick to respond. Check in and check out were so easy! Would recommend every time!”

“It was a little discomforting at first with the cameras, but it’s understandable since this is their primary residence. I got used to it. Overall the house had everything I needed and they allowed me to park in the garage during storms, which was nice. I spent most of my time in the basement or the kitchen, overall I would recommend this place.”

The house is comfortable, cozy & conveniently located. And the nearby traintracks was not an issue at all. “We stayed with this host before when we came up to kc about a year ago for a trip to childrens mercy. we had another one today so we decided to book with them again and stayed in their other apartment to check it out since they were attached. Apartment was just as beautifu and as comfortable as the 1st one. Only thing we can complain about is the faint smell of pot from possibly the people who might of stayed there before us. Still give it 5 stars!! Becuase it was homie and very afordable”

“We were in KC for a Cheer Competition. This location worked great! Lots of local option for food/coffee/groceries/Dollar Store (for any items needed or forgotten) and 15-20 minutes to The Convention Center. House worked great for 8 adults and 5 teens. The adults each had our own room and there was enough room in the living space to put the teens. House was clean and everything worked fine. “We had a wonderful time staying here. It was clean and very easy for 3 couples to share the living space. We ate several meals in and there was plenty of dishes and utensils for us all. We would come back and stay again when we need to be in the KC area for an extended weekend. ”

“We stayed the weekend leading up to the Chiefs Monday night game and loved the location. It’s minutes away from both the Plaza and the Power & Light District. We loved the decor and the setup was perfect for our kids to stay downstairs while we took the master upstairs. ”
