“Loved the location where the cabins are on the other side of the lake. Beautiful view of lake, very peaceful! The only drawback for us (3 senior ladies) there was no swimming access even though there should have been! You can only swim at the lodges designated swim. A roped off small area with lifeguard. We would rather swim across from our location. The cabin was nice and clean but bunk beds weren’t the best for older ladies. We dealt though! Loved the porch and serenity! ”

“Our family with 3 children 5 and under had a great time. The property is very well maintained with plenty of space inside and outside for the whole family. Everything looks to be newly renovated inside. Very comfortable beds, linens, towels, couches. Tvs in every room. Plenty of animals for the kids to on the property. There were a ton of deer, frogs, squirells, hawks, eagles etc. The kids had fun driving on the gravel road. About 13 horses in a pasture everyday when you turn onto the property....

“My three old friends and I had a relaxing, peaceful weekend in this beautiful cabin in the woods. Only the sounds of nature accompanied us as we sat around the fire pit and reminisced. When we first arrived we found out from the owner they’d been made aware of the hot water heater not working as it should. “Everything was perfect (except for the weather at check-in!). The location is wonderful, we loved the bathroom/showers and greenhouse where we could hang and eat and admire Benka's plants! (So many orchids!). Keith was an awesome host filling us in on everything - even the surrounding area. The walking paths are beautiful and serine. The additional 5 canine hosts were adorable and Mici I'm so sorry you didn't spend at least one night with us! I wish we would have been able to stay longer...

“Was looking for a place where our family could stay together and be comfortable for our youngest daugter's wedding. Boy, did we find it. It was a beautiful lodge and they made us feel so welcome. Lots of room and the views were amazing. Even got to get a close up view of the moon through the telescope. It was clean and well stocked. Peter even provided us with fresh eggs which the family loved. Would definitely stay again if we get the opportunity. ”

“We had such a wonderful four days at the cabin. Our neighborhood goes crazy on the Fourth of July. This was a great escape for us - some fireworks nearby but much more manageable for us. It’s off a gravel drive with very friendly neighbors. Our pups all loved to run the land and hang out on the wraparound porch. The property is as described and was perfect for our small group. My husband and I took our dogs on a great hike to Hughes Mountain in nearby Leadville. We would stay here again. ”

"Vi bodde i lägenhet nr 33 med 2 stora sovrum varav ett med jaguzzi + toalett och den andra med badrum med dusch och badkar, kylskåp och litet kök. Kök och vardagsrum ihop. Gott om utrymme för upp till 6 personer. Bekväma sängar, mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Fin och lugn omgivning. Saknade doch närhet till butiker och restauranger Rekommenderar verkligen detta fantastiska boende."
